Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration, or are returned without their original packaging, will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings, items marked as Final Sale, and products purchased during promotional or clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To request a return or replacement, please contact us at quietritual15@gmail.com or call +91 7011947762 with your order number and the reason for your request. Our Customer Support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, including sharing the return address if applicable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, broken, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number, clear photos of the product, the packaging, and an unboxing video to help us verify the issue. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free replacement for the same product at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if a replacement cannot be provided or if your order is cancelled before it has been dispatched. Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preference. Exchanges are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect upon delivery. Approved replacement requests will be processed within 5–7 working days. If you choose Express Shipping for your replacement order, an additional charge of ₹500 will apply.

Return Shipping

For approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Quiet Ritual will bear the return shipping cost. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind requests or products that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
